This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data, including but not limited to payment details and other information we collect from you or other sources or that you provide to us (“Information”) will be handled by us in connection with your access and use of the Noon Food Application (collectively, the “Application”), services and applications (collectively, the “Services”). We understand the importance you place on the Information, and we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Please read the following carefully to understand our practices regarding your Information. By using our Services, you agree to the handling of your Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
References in this Privacy Policy to “we”, “our” or “us” (or similar) are references to Noon E Commerce Owned by Noon AD Holdings One Person Company LLC. References to “user” or “you” (or similar) are references to you as an individual or legal entity as the case may be.

HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION
The Information that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside of the UAE. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the UAE who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. We will store your Information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Your Information may be transferred, stored, processed and used by our affiliated companies and/or non-affiliated service providers in one or more countries outside your originating country. Your payment details may be transferred to and stored with our affiliated companies in order to, among other things, process your payment details and provide support services to you.
WHAT SECURITY MEASURES WE APPLY

It is important for you to protect yourself against unauthorised access to your password and to your devices used to access our Services. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. For example, ensure that you sign off when you have finished using a shared device.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Information transmitted to our Application and any transmission is at your own risk.
HOW CAN YOU ACCESS AND AMEND YOUR INFORMATION?
You are able to access a broad range of information about your account and your interactions with the Application for the purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating your Information.

You can opt-out of receiving future marketing communications from us at any time by adjusting your customer communication preferences, through the unsubscribe link within the email communication. For marketing via your mobile application, you will need to adjust your notifications settings in the general section of your mobile.
Also, our system will place cookies when you log on to our Application and this is to ensure you have an enjoyable user experience and are able to utilise all aspects of the Application. You may disable Cookies by changing the settings on your browser. If you disable Cookies, it will affect how our Application works and you may not be able to access or use certain areas of our Application or full functionality. For example, performance cookies collect information about how you use the Site, for instance, which pages you visit most often, which allows us to provide you with targeted and relevant choices that enhance your Site experience.
We may retain a copy of your Information for compliance reasons. When you update Information, we may retain a copy of the prior version for our records.
WHAT IF WE CHANGE OUR PRIVACY POLICY?
Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Policy may therefore also need to change. We will post the current version of this Privacy Policy on the Application and each such change will be effective upon posting on the Application or upon the date designated by us as the “effective date”.

It is your obligation to regularly check the Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Application following any such change constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy as so modified.
